Sod Installation in Chilliwack
Graded, topsoiled and rolled. A lawn that knits into the ground instead of sitting on top of it.
Clean job sites. Clear timelines. Built right the first time.
What a sod job involves
Laying the sod is the last hour of the work. Everything before it decides whether the lawn is still good next summer.

Stripping and grading
The old lawn or rough ground comes off, and the yard gets graded for fall before anything else.

Topsoil
Screened topsoil to a real depth, so roots have somewhere to go other than compacted subsoil.
Under the grass
Sod fails in the second summer, not the first
New sod looks good on day one no matter what is underneath it. The difference shows up the following year, when a lawn on thin topsoil over compacted ground goes patchy, holds water through the wet months and burns off in the dry ones. The preparation is the job.
Prepared first. Laid second.
How it works
Three steps from the first call to a finished lawn.
